Tournaments

Tournaments are live events where you compete against players to see who can win the most points from certain actions such as attacks, steals, raids and fights. 

Every qualifying action completed will reflect as points in your tournament. Click the Tournament event icon seen at the top left corner of the screen. 

Points earned represent your rank on the leaderboard. For each point received, rewards from the Tournament Milestone Chests will be given. 

Get ready for some real-time excitement! Player positions are constantly updated based on the points both you and others earn, and here's the fun part – positions can change in the blink of an eye, even in the last seconds! 🕒Also, don't forget to keep an eye on the countdown timer under the tournament title – it's there to make sure you're aware of the time limits and can fully enjoy the tournament!🕒

Are points not adding up? Note that tournament points vary among each tournament event. Click “?” to see each action to perform and the matching points you can accumulate from it.

If you have performed these actions and have yet to receive points from them, contact our Customer Experience Team to let them know.

Should a tournament end without you receiving its reward? We advise the following: 

• If you are online when a tournament ends, prizes may take a few minutes to arrive. 

• If you have not received your prize 5 minutes after the tournament, please close your game fully and re-open the app.

• If none of the above steps work, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Experience team by filling out the form here. 

Please include the tournament details for a swift resolution, and we’ll have our best Customer Experience Team on the case!
