Follow these steps so you can get back to them as soon as possible:
Check to see whether there are any game updates through your app store.
Make sure the game is fully updated.
Check to see whether you have enough memory available.
Make sure you have a strong internet connection.
Clear the game's cache through your phone's settings.
Restart your device. Log in again.

How can I force quit the game?
Follow these steps to Force Quit the game:
For Android devices:
Go to Settings > Apps
Look for Dice Dreams™ and tap Force stop.
For iOS devices:
For iPhone 8 and lower:
Double-press the home button. You should see all open apps and their preview. (App Switcher).
Swipe the Dice Dreams screen up to force the app to close.
For iPhone X and higher:
Swipe the screen’s bottom and hold. This should allow you to see all open apps and their preview (App Switcher).
Swipe the Dice Dreams screen up to force quit the game.
