For purchases made on an iOS device, you will need to contact Apple Support, as we do not have access to grant refunds for iOS purchases. To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap on your name at the top, then select "iTunes & App Store."
- Tap on your Apple ID, then select "View Apple ID." You might need to sign in.
- Scroll to "Purchase History" and find the item you want a refund for.
- Tap on the item and select "Report a Problem."
- Choose the appropriate option and provide details regarding your request.
