Sometimes you might need to send us a screenshot or record a technical glitch for our Player Support team to check. Here are easy steps to do this based on your device:
How to Take a Screenshot:
On an iPhone:
- With Face ID: Press and release the side button and the volume up button simultaneously.
- With a Home button: Press and release the Home and Side buttons simultaneously.
On an Android device:
- Open the screen you want to capture.
- Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
- If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds, then tap Screenshot.
- If neither works, visit your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.
- A preview will appear at the bottom left, or at the top of the screen on some phones.
On an iPad:
- With a Home button: Press and release the top button and the Home button simultaneously.
- Without a Home button: Press and release the top button and either volume button simultaneously.
How to Record Your Screen:
On an Android device:
- Swipe down twice from the top of your screen.
- Tap Screen record (you might need to swipe right to find it).
- If it's not there, tap Edit and drag Screen Record to your Quick Settings.
- Choose what to record and tap Start (you can choose to record audio and show touches before starting).
- To stop recording, swipe down and tap the Screen recorder notification.
On an iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap next to Screen Recording.
- Open Control Center, tap the record button and wait for the three-second countdown.
- To stop recording, open Control Center and tap the stop button, or tap the red status bar at the top and select Stop.
