How to contact our Customer Experience team?
Are you having problems and need the help of our Super Peons?
Fear not! They're just a few clicks away!
You can contact our Customer Experience team by following the steps below:
- Open the in-game settings and tap Support.
- We have a list of articles available that may help you.
- If you are unable to find the answer from the articles, tap "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with screenshots, then tap “OK”.
If you are unable to start the game and can’t contact us, worry not!
You can still contact us by sending us an email at support@superplay.co with your player ID (if you have access to it) and a complete description of the problem so that our support team may help you as soon as possible.
To receive a prompt answer from our team, please select the most applicable category and avoid sending too many tickets since this confuses our Peons.
