I just added a friend to my game. Why can't i see him/her on my friends’ list?

I just added a friend, why am I not seeing her on my friends’ list?

Are your new friends not showing up on your list?

No worries - just restart the game (close it completely and reopen it), and you should see them.

If after restarting the game you still can't see your added friend, please:

1. Ask your friend(s) for his/her "Player ID" (located under "Settings").

2. Contact our Customer Experience Team here, and we will be glad to add them to your game manually.
