- Make sure you are using a strong internet connection (Wi-Fi <-> LTE).
- Restart the game and make sure that you can see Piggy in your kingdom.
- Check your online store (App Store or Google Play) for any notifications/errors.

If this is your first time making a purchase:
1. Verify/check to see whether your payment information is correct. You might have entered your payment information incorrectly (oops!). You can cancel the transaction and start over if you find an error.
2. It's possible that the payment option you are trying to use isn't accepted by the app store.
