As the game was introduced throughout the EU, we took extra steps to ensure that it was fully compliant with the GDPR.
Under the GDPR, you may at any time request that your data (or your child's data, as his or her official guardian) be fully deleted from Dice Dreams™, from the Superplay servers, and from all affiliated official partners.
How can you submit such a request for deletion?
To ensure that the process is as efficient and straightforward as possible, we recommend that you follow either of the steps below:
Send us an Email to support@superplay.co / privacy@superplay.co with your request in the subject line and in the body of the Email (for clarity).
Important: Please ensure that you provide us with the Player ID associated with the account for which you want us to process the deletion. Your Player ID can be found in the game's settings.
- Contact our Privacy team by filling out the information here.
- Contact us using the game's in-app messaging, located in "Settings"->"Support."
Important: when you submit your request, please note that once the deletion process has been completed, all game information will be fully deleted and can never be retrieved. However, you may and can always start playing "Dice Dreams™" again, starting at Kingdom 1.
