Tsk. These pesky bugs never seem to disappear!
Try following the steps below to fix those bugs!
- Please ensure the game is fully updated!
- Ensure you have enough memory available and a strong internet connection
- Clear the game's cache through your phone's settings and re-login
- Restart your device
Remember, clearing your game’s cache is tricky.
So first make sure you link your game to your Facebook account to save your game’s progress!

Send them a message of the bug you found through the Dice Dreams™ App!
Simply go to the Dice Dreams™'s Menu Page and tap on the cogwheel icon found on your upper-right.
This should redirect you to your game’s settings-> "Support".
You should then see an array of articles that should help you with any concerns related to the game.
If you don’t see any that could help you, tap the “Contact Us” button found at the very bottom of your screen.
Make sure to add screenshots of that bug together with a brief explanation of the incident to our Customer Experience team.
