Lastly, (and the fastest one), is to simply submit a support request via the game.
Here are the steps on how to send a screenshot through the app:
- Go to Menu and press "Support" in Settings.
2. Press "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Type in your message first, then press OK.
4. Once you see the paper clip icon in solid black, you can now press it to insert your screenshots. Please don’t forget to allow permissions so you can insert the screenshots in your message. Open the folder where you saved your screenshots and select the photos you want to upload.
5. The number on the paper clip icon indicates the number of photos you’ve uploaded. Hit send when you’re done. Your message, along with your screenshots, will be sent to our Customer Experience team.
